It’s a new week and a new beginning. Today I kicked off my 9 day nutritional reset and also began my 8-week healthy mind and body program. I am in much need of a reset and some mental healing. As much as I try and motivate you all to live a healthy and positive life, I too need to be reminded of that sometimes. As important as physical health is, mental health is just that important if not more. Life has been slowly slipping through my fingers lately and it has been difficult to keep up. My stress levels have been out of this world, I haven’t been consistent with my workouts or with my meals and it began to really weigh me down. Last week, I said screw this sh*t I need to fix this. So, I am going to take the next little while to work on me. It is time to refocus, grind hard and find my inner happiness again.
Because I believe it will help me, I am going to use my blog as a place to talk about my journey back to a life of joy mental clarity. Cheers to new beginnings! Now that I just bummed you all out let’s talk about a happier subject. Food!
