We all set standards for ourselves and depending on these standards, they can be negatively hindering your results. When you say you can’t do something or you create an excuse, that is your standard you have set for yourself. To live healthier, have a better quality of life 0r be financially free you have to raise your standards.
Are you stuck in a rut? Raise your standards and expectations you have for yourself! You might have big goals and aspirations but if you have low standards, you aren’t going to reach them. Something must change. And that something, is you. Exercise your mind and believe you can accomplish your biggest dreams and goals. Once you have the belief, you will be able to develop higher standards for yourself and achieve the unimaginable.
I am more and more becoming a believer of self development and with that belief, I have been able to raise my standards. I know the traits I desire to have, the quality of life I want and who I want with me on this journey. In order to achieve these aspirations, I raised my standards for myself. I am no longer putting up with less, the what if’s and buts.
I eat healthy because I have high standards.
I exercise my body and mind because I have high standards.
I serve and help others because I have high standards.
I work hard because I have high standards.
I say “no” because I have high standards.
I pray because I have high standards.
I don’t lower my standards because I have high standards.
