
Turmeric is in the ginger family and is commonly paired together to help with absorbing the turmeric. It isn’t easily absorb well into the body and ginger can help with that. - 1 cup water
- 1 cup kale
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp honey
