Happy Friday fitness fam! If you aren’t into social media and don’t follow me on instagram or facebook, you may not have seen this at home full body workout I posted last weekend. The best part about this workout is that it can be done ANYWHERE. Living room, garage, gym, yard, hotel room and so on. If you are in a pinch for time or just really don’t want to endure a long workout, this is perfect. It will get a good sweat going in the matter of minutes and you will be done before you know it.
Complete 5 rounds for time with NO rest between exercises or rounds.
30 in-out jump squats – demonstration video
20 tricep dips – these can be done on a chair, bench, stairs or even the floor
15 single leg lunge each leg – make sure to push through your heels to really work your butt – to modify these, do not elevate your back leg, keep it on the ground
15 leg raises – can be done on a bench or the floor
I had additional time so I finished with a 3 mile jog.
