Full Body Conditioning Workout

Earlier this week I talked about motivation. We all have motivation in us! Some days we may have to dig deeper than others but it is in you somewhere. Stop making excuses, say you can do it, dig deep and grind.

You can easily do this workout at home as well. If you don’t have a kettle bell use a dumbbell (if you have one) or anything you can swing over your head.

Full Body Conditioning Workout

8 rounds for time:

– 400m run (.25 miles on a treadmill)

-20 kettlebell swings

-15 hand-release push-ups


Bottom KB Swing

Top KB Swing

Top Pushup

Bottom Pushup
