No Equipment Vacation Workout

This workout doesn’t have to be saved for when you go on vacation. It can simply be done anywhere! I called it a vacation workout because it is what I did on the last morning of our Lake Superior mini vacation last weekend. This workout was created by Juli Bauer of Paleomg while she was also on a vacation last weekend. If you don’t follow her, you need to. Vacay Workout

No Equipment Vacation Workout

– 21 burpees

– 21 jumping split lunges

– 21 push-ups

– 30 mountain climbers

– 400m run

Repeat each exercise above by reps of:

18-18-18-30-400m

15-15-15-30-400m

12-12-12-30-400m

9-9-9-30-400m
