Last week, I stepped out of my comfort zone of lifting weights and joined a friend for a run, a 5 mile run to be exact. I am not a runner, nor do I enjoy running further than 3 miles so running 5 miles was quite the accomplishment. Once the run was over I felt great and the endorphins were pumping! If I would have stayed in my little box of weight lifting that day, I wouldn’t have felt those endorphins or that type of accomplishment of pushing my body in a new way. Stepping out of your comfort zone can bring you new experiences, new feelings and even a new found passion. I highly encourage you all to step out of your comfort zone this week and try something new. Maybe, it is starting with this lower body circuit!
