This picture cracks me up every time I look at it. I look like I am on my way to go kill someone, like seriously. I like to keep photos like this to remind myself of all of my accomplishments and the hard work I put in to get there. Life isn’t always easy or fair and there are people out there that try to din your light to make them feel better. I am here to tell you to not let a single person or circumstance din your light. You do you and keep shining!

– 10 pull-ups (assisted if needed)

– 10 burpees
