Injuries are no fun and they are even worse when they can’t be avoided. If you read my post from yesterday, I talked about the car accident I was in earlier this week and that I was lucky enough to walk away with only whiplash. But man oh man, I haven’t been able to workout since the accident and I am starting to go a little bit crazy. I have been stretching and icing and it seems to be helping a ton. I hopefully will be back in the gym next week! I have done this below workout many times because it’s one of those that really suck while you are doing it but the endorphins afterwards are awesome! Give it a try!
