Full Body Strength Circuit

March 10, 2017 by BrookeWeiss

Fitness Friday is here and I am excited to get to the gym this afternoon and get in a good sweat session! Friday’s I like to change up my workouts and get in a good full body conditioning workout. I am loving my Spartan training because my workouts are constantly changing. I am not following a complete structured plan. I researched a bunch on what type of training I should be doing, found some sample programs and basically have made up my own. The best thing about this type of training, if I get bored with a workout there are countless opportunities to change it up and still get the work done! And I get bored easily!

I am becoming more and more of a believer of doing more things that make you happy. Life is way to short to be doing things that make you unhappy. What is the point? If you dread going to the gym because you hate your workout routine, change it up! Keep trying new programs, classes, exercises, intensity levels until you find something that truly makes you happy to be there and getting the work done. You will be less stressed about going to the gym and in return, your cortisol levels will lower and before you know it, you are losing the weight that just wasn’t budging!
