This workout had me sweating a very uncomfortable amount and it probably didn’t help that it was 90 degrees and humid outside. If you don’t have a sandbag, don’t fret! This workout can be done with a barbell, kettlebells, dumbbells or even a plate. Whatever it is, find a weight and get it done!
We are running the Minnesota Warrior Dash tomorrow! We (meaning me) are doing this race to get back to the fun and joy of obstacle course racing. We have another couple coming with us who haven’t ever done an OCR so I am excited to just have fun and show them the ropes, literally! I have put so much pressure on myself the last few races that it honestly took the fun out of doing them. I got hooked on OCR because of how much fun I had doing my first one so I am ready to get back to that. Doing physical activity that is fun and enjoyable will set you up for success in the long run. Stop doing what you think you have to be doing to get a certain result and start doing what truly fills your happy tank! Long term success will follow.
