Happy Friday fitness family! This workout made my booty nice and sore for a couple days so if you are looking to shape that booty of yours, do this workout! I have been doing and loving these types of workouts for a really long time and that is because they can be tailored to your fitness level and your schedule. If you only have 15 minutes, cut down the rounds. If you can’t do 15 reps of each exercise, only do 10. These workouts are not a one size fits all and I love that! As long as you are moving the body in someway every day, you are bettering your health. Movement gives our body natural energy, boosts our mood and is overall a general healthy habit to have. If you feel tired, stressed or in a negative mood go for a walk, have a dance party, hit the gym or a fitness class. Movement, an elevated heart rate and getting your feet off the ground will send endorphins to your brain and turn that mood right around, wake you up a bit and lower your stress!
