At Home Pillow Workout

Happiest of Fridays to you all! Check out these amazing humans getting after their goals! And there are thousands more doing it too! Our #fit4fall Challenge is exploding with motivated individuals looking to take their health to new levels. It still isn’t too late to join! I am giving you a sneak peak of what the at home no additional equipment needed workouts look like for the challenge. Per week, there are three at home workouts and two gym/equipment workouts shared plus they have weekly meal plans for everyone. If you are vegan, vegetarian or meat lover, there is a meal plan for you! Shoot me an email if you want to join this incredible group!

At Home Pillow Workout

Structure:
15 -20 min workouts!

Recommendations:
Beginner: 3 sets / 10 reps
Intermediate: 3-4 sets / 15 reps
Advanced: 4 sets / 20 reps

10 to 15 additional minutes of moderate cardio (running, biking swimming, stretching etc.) is welcome for anyone looking for that extra push

Equipment: (1 item selected per training day)
