This workout is a crossfit workout dedicated to a soldier, Sergeant Edwardo Loredo, who was killed in battle in 2010. The crossfit community is cool that way that they recognize fallen soldiers and dedicate workouts to them. Just coming off of the Labor Day weekend I found it fitting to keep the American spirit alive with this workout. These brutal workouts are a great reminder of how thankful we all should be to those fighting for our safety. We only endure a few minutes of grit and pain during a tough workout, but that is what these soldiers are going through on a daily basis and most times with no end in sight. When you do this workout push harder than you ever have, give it your all and remember all of those who have fought to keep you safe. Happy Friday to you all and lets make it an amazing weekend!
