I got this HIIT inspiration from Hannah Bower who is a personal trainer and she uses her social media platforms to share workout videos. If you don’t follow her, do it. I get quite a bit of inspiration from following her from workouts, to working harder in and out of the gym, moving away from macro tracking and just finding happiness in all walks of life.

Sprint + Ab HIIT Circuit
Complete 10 rounds of a 20 second all out sprint followed by an ab exercise. Below are the ab exercises I did.
Mountain climbers x30
Cross body mountain climbers x 30
Plank x 30 sec
Side plank lifts x 15 each side
Scissor kicks x 30
Bicycle crunches x 30
Butterfly crunches x 30
Reverse crunches x 30
Plank up downs x 15
Laying leg raises x 15
