Happy fitness Friday! I love getting in a killer workout on Fridays because it jump starts me into the weekend and I notice myself making healthier choices throughout the weekend. This last week I took a break from my normal lifting routine because I have been feeling less motivated to workout. That’s just life and lack of motivation happens to everyone. But, I needed to find that motivation again because working out makes me feel good and gets me closer to my goals. So, it was time to switch things up. I really enjoy high intensity/crossfit style workouts so that’s exactly what I did this week. I checked out come crossfit websites and actually pulled this workout from a local crossfit gym, Fitelite. Whenever you feel a lack of motivation to hit the gym or your aren’t sure what to do for a workout, do some research! There are tons of crossfit gyms and fitness experts who post workouts on a regular basis. Plus, I share workouts here once a week!
