
It is okay to take a step back from your usual gym grind and focus on shorter workouts to make sure they fit into your busy holiday schedule. Many of you will be traveling and not have a gym to go to. This is the perfect opportunity to get in a sweat session in the in-laws living room or hotel room. Just like any week, plan when you will get in your workouts and stick to it. If you only have 15 minutes to fit it in, then do that. Because I know life is crazy right now, here is a workout that is quick but efficient.
15 Min AMRAP
Complete each exercise for 3 reps, 6, 9, 12, 15, etc… until the 15 minutes are up
– push press
– burpees over bar
– v-ups
