I am finally back home after traveling since Monday. Most hotels these days have fitness centers, but most hotel fitness centers are very limited with the equipment unfortunately. But, that didn’t stop me from getting in my workouts and it shouldn’t ever stop you either! All it takes is a little planning and creativity to get in a great hotel gym workout. I did this workout and it was harder than I expected! Even if you aren’t traveling but looking for a good sweat session, give this a try!
I had plans to go to the gym today since I am home, however, my body is telling me it needs rest instead. Since we are having an unseasonably warm day today in Wisconsin, it is the perfect day to get in some active recovery snowshoeing with the pup. So, that is exactly what we are going to do!
Hotel Gym Workout
5 rounds
– .25 mile run
– 30 DB walking lunges
– 30 treadmill plank walks
– 30 alternating DB bicep curls
– 30 treadmill tricep dips
THEN
3 rounds
– 10 burpees
– 10 push-ups
-20 plank pull-throughs
