Happy hump day! Protein balls are a go to snack in our household because they are easy to make, there are endless combinations and you can easily snag a ball out of the fridge for a quick after dinner snack as you are running out the door. Whenever I made energy or protein balls, I make sure and use a superior high quality protein source. I choose my protein sources based on quality of ingredients, dairy/lactose free options, and taste. If you are curious why I use the supplement line I do, make sure and check this out.
