Happy beautiful Wednesday friends! After a night of horrible sleep (pregnancy insomnia is setting in) I was happy to get up to a day of sunshine and mid 50 degree weather! I am ready for maxi dresses, sunshine and warm weather! Who’s with me?
Does anyone else feel like Easter came incredibly fast? I still keep forgetting that it is this weekend. I offered to host my family over for Easter and quickly had to take back the invite because we won’t have any living room furniture! We bought a new couch which I am incredibly excited for, but it won’t be delivered until next week and someone is coming this week to pickup our old stuff. Sorry family, the Kiss household will have to host the next holiday.
If you are an Easter celebrator do you know what is on the menu? One of my favorite parts of all holidays is helping put together the menu of eats. The other day I switched my morning cup of joe out for this Vanilla Coconut Matcha Tea Latte and it did not dissapoint! This latte will be made over and over again in the Kiss household and you should make it too! I use (and love) Primal Kitchen Vanilla Coconut Collagen that I get from Thrive Market.
- ½ cup cashew milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 scoop vanilla coconut collagen
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Add the water and milk to a small pot over medium high heat and bring to a simmer. Remove from the heat and add the a blender with the matcha powder, collagen powder, cinnamon and coconut oil. Blend for 10 seconds.
- Enjoy!
