
Anywho, let’s move on so I don’t get depressed that I am almost 30. This week I headed to my hometown again to coach a free outdoor workout and it was so much fun! Now that summer is finally here, I am all about getting my sweat on outside. I even did a yard workout this week at home with just a barbell. It was a goodie. I am always nervous that no one will show up at these workouts and then I am pleasantly surprised with the turn out. Some of these ladies have been coming since I started doing these monthly workouts in January and each month at least one person is new. Helping people to find their fitness and healthy lifestyle is a true passion of mine and I absolutely love coaching these workouts. My favorite part, seeing the variety of fitness levels and they are all challenged and determined to make it their best workout yet. These ladies are crushing their goals just one workout at a time!
