
Last week I shared this Full Body Ladder Metcon that I have been adding at the end of one of my lifting days per week and today I am bring you another metcon that I have been enjoying lately. This metcon will have you feeling it everywhere. If you don’t have a barbell you could use dumbbells or kettlebells. Use a weight you can have perfect form with each round for every exercise. Go grab a barbell and get to work!
Full Body Barbell Metcon
4 rounds for time
– straight legged deadlift x 10
– bent over row x 5
– hang clean x 10
– should press x 5
– front squat x 10
1 minute rest
