Happiest of Friday’s to you! I am jet setting off to Colorado bright and early tomorrow morning for a fun girls trip to celebrate ringing in my 29th birthday and one last hooray before baby girl arrives. It started off as an let’s explore Denver trip and now it has turned into a let’s explore Colorado trip. It’s a short trip, but we are going to hit up Boulder, Colorado Springs and Denver. I’ve been to Colorado many times, but most trips have been skiing/snowboarding trips. I am excited to explore Colorado in a new way this time around! Last week I shared this Full Body Ladder Metcon that I have been adding at the end of one of my lifting days per week and today I am bring you another metcon that I have been enjoying lately. This metcon will have you feeling it everywhere. If you don’t have a barbell you could use dumbbells or kettlebells. Use a weight you can have perfect form with each round for every exercise. Go grab a barbell and get to work!
