Any day that starts with waffles has to be a good day, right? Right! I made these waffles over the weekend and they were snatched up immediately. There is just something extra satisfying about waffles or pancakes especially when made with clean whole ingredients! My husband even asked me to make an extra batch so he could have them for the week. These would be great for a meal prep option too!
I have some exciting new changes coming to my website in the next few weeks! I have been working on a project lately that will benefit ALL of you who come to my site daily and I am so excited! A little hint, it has to do with living a healthy, sustainable life through daily nutrition and lifestyle actions. Stay tuned for more updates on that!
Since the beginning of the year I have been hosting monthly free workouts in my hometown and I am now branching out to offer these workouts in Eau Claire too, where I currently reside! If you want to keep up to date with any of these events and be part of a supportive healthy community online, click here to be added to my Living the KISS Life facebook group. I just rolled out this group a couple weeks ago and we have shared meal/recipe ideas, heard healthy lifestyle journey’s from members, shared tips on wellness, shared workouts and more! You should totally join. If you live in the Medford area, I will be there TONIGHT at 6:30pm hosting a free workout at the Medford City Park! If you live in the Eau Claire area, I will be hosting a free workout next week June 27th at Owen Park. I design these workouts to fit anyone’s fitness level and all movements can be scaled. Oh, and have I mentioned they are free?!
