
Working out on holidays or vacations is a choice completely up to you. I enjoy getting in some sort of workout while traveling because it makes me feel my best and sets me up to have a day of healthy choices while not feeling any remorse for any indulgences. I like to keep travel workouts short, effective and intense because ain’t nobody got time to spend over an hour in a gym or working out while on vacation.
