Happiest of Mondays to you and week of July 4th celebrations! I hope some of you are the lucky ones out there that can enjoy the entire week off of work soaking up this beautiful weather, all the eats and drinks and relaxation. I am one of the unfortunate ones who will only have July 4th off. However, that just means I will still be here working on recipes and content for you all!
Cookouts will be in full force this week so I wanted to be sure to share this burger recipe with you ASAP. It is a definite change up from your typical burger and will give any of your guests a powerful punch of flavor in each bite! If you are hosting a cookout this week, be sure to check out this post on how to create the perfect cookout. It’s easier than you think! Celebration cookouts wouldn’t be complete without cocktails! So, be sure to check out a recent post of mine of Healthy Cocktails to Celebrate July 4th. I’ll be sipping on a mocktail of my Paleo Raspberry Lemonade while everyone else enjoys it with vodka. A cookout wouldn’t be complete without dessert, duh. Last week I shared over 10 of my most favorite healthy indulgences that are refreshing, will keep you cool in the sun and leaving you feeling your best. You can get all of those recipes here.
If you don’t have any cookouts on your horizon, no worries. These burgers are great anytime during the week and would even be a great addition to your weekly meal prep. Happy cookout meal planning and enjoy!
