Can someone tell me what day it is today? I woke up thinking it was Friday and have gone about my entire day feeling and thinking it is Friday. Sadly, there are still a couple days left of the week before the long holiday weekend ahead! This Labor Day weekend will be a bit different for us than years past because we don’t know if we will have a baby or still have our freedom for one more weekend. We generally would be packing up and heading to my family’s cabin for the duration of the weekend, but this year we made absolutely no plans. It’s so strange to think that by this week or by the end of the weekend we could be bringing home our daughter… maybe I’ll just keep her in their forever instead?
Since there is a big possibility that I won’t be enjoying any cookouts this weekend, I need to live vicariously through all of you! On Monday I shared the recipe to these Peanut Butter Coconut Berry Bars and how to create the perfect cookout menu or dish to pass. And today I am giving you an appetizer you can throw together in 10 minutes and serve with fresh vegetables or chips. This Dairy Free Cream Cheese Dip is the perfect snack to feed your guests to hold them over until your perfect cookout meal. If you want to offer your guests another dip or two while they hangout, check these favorites out!
