Happy Friday! I was challenged a bit this week with my workouts because the gym I go to was closed all week. Luckily, I still had access to an indoor track. I created this workout and it took me back to my Spartan race training days. It was fun to change things up, get in some high intensity intervals and challenge my body in a new way. I like to change things up for a short time when I start to get bored with workouts and my intensity lacks. This track workout definitely helped me change things up!

Track Workout
– 800m run
– 50 banded air squats
– 40 walking lunges
– 30 plank shoulder taps
– 20 tricep dips
– 10 push-ups
– 600m run
– repeat body weight circuit
– 400m run
– repeat body weight circuit
– 200m sprint
