And…it’s Friday! It’s time to finish the week off strong and kick the weekend off to a great start! To me, there is nothing better than a couple good workouts over the weekend. I love taking workouts outside on weekends and now that the weather is finally getting better I am excited to be able to do more workouts outside! If you don’t have any exercise equipment at home body weight workouts can be very effective. Performing body weight exercises in the form a of a circuit, like this workout, is great for cardiovascular health and to enhance endurance. Get creative and add in different movements to work what you want to work. You could add in more stability moves to work on balance, more plyometric movements to work on agility and quickness, or more power movements to work on power. And the best part about these workouts, they can be performed anywhere! Now, get to it!
