Avri loves herself a smoothie so I take full advantage of that to get in all sorts of nutrients for her. I will add different vegetables like zucchini, cauliflower, spinach or kale along with some of her supplements. I also always add a healthy fat like nut butter, coconut or avocado. I try to change it up often so she doesn’t get bored. They are always the perfect snack for her and not to mention crazy simple to make.
This smoothie was a new concoction and she absolutely loved it, as did I! I will definitely be making this again! It’s the perfect refreshing smoothie for these 85 degree days we have been having. Enjoy!
Creamy Peach Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 peach, halved and core removed
- ⅓ cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ avocado
- ½ tsp honey
- 1 scoop Vanilla Coconut Collagen Protein
- 1 cup dairy free milk of choice
- 1-2 handfuls ice

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
