Hi! I am Brooke, the creator of Kiss by Brooke [Living Healthy by Keeping it Simple Silly]. Health and Fitness has always been a part of my life from competing in school athletics, adopting the paleo diet, learning how to be healthy and the best nutritional practices through my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification, and testing my physical capabilities by competing in a fitness competition and conquering multiple Spartan races. My passion for health and wellness has lead me to sharing healthy recipes and nutrition coaching to those looking for a healthier and simpler life.
After becoming pregnant and delivering our sweet baby Avri, I fell in love with the pre and postnatal journey and how nutrition can positively impact the experience. I am a mother who went through her own personal pregnancy journey and now postpartum journey.
