I am a 20 something, food loving, workout enthusiast who found a passion for health and fitness. If you have been following my blog or social media profiles (facebook, instragram, snapchat-kissbybrooke, twitter) then you may know that I have been following a mostly paleo diet. Well, it has come to the time to tell you that I am no longer labeling myself as “paleo.” Don’t get me wrong, paleo is an incredible place for many people to start when trying to figure out food sensitivities and how to fuel your body with nutrient dense foods. The thing is, I have been eating paleo long enough that I am now very confident in knowing what works for my body and what doesn’t. I have been able to take what I learned through paleo and implement it into a more flexible lifestyle that doesn’t leave me feeling restricted. Working out is a staple in my daily routine. I love pushing myself to different limits through weight training and seeing just how far I can push my body.
