Fire up your charcoal or gas grill (I used charcoal).
While the grill is heating, add the fruit to the kabob skewers in any desired order and place on a cooking sheet. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the fruit kabobs. When the grill is ready, add the kabobs and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip the kabobs and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
While the kabobs are cooking, combine the Greek yogurt, honey and juice from ½ lime to a small bowl. Mix well and let chill in the refrigerator.
Remove the kabobs from the grill and place them back on the cooking sheet. With a small spoon, drizzle the Lime Yogurt mixture over the kabobs. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
You will have leftover pineapple and watermelon. Keep any leftover kabobs and Lime Greek Yogurt Drizzle in the refrigerator.
