Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bread pan or line it with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients except for half of the fresh raspberries to a food processor and blend until smooth. Stop the food processor once or twice to scrape down the sides.
Transfer the dough to the bread pan and fold in the remaining fresh raspberries. Evenly spread the dough over the entire pan. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour or until it passes the toothpick test.
