Add a large pot on the stove over medium heat and add the cashew milk and chocolate chips. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are fully melted.
Add the cocoa powder and mix until fully combined.
Turn off the heat and add the Greek Yogurt. Stir until fully combined.
Transfer the yogurt mixture to 8 popsicle molds and place in freezer for 3-4 hours.
Remove the fudgesicle 10-15 minutes before eating or rinse the mold under hot water to easily remove it.
