1 tbsp organic unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1½ tbsp cassava flour
2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats
dash of salt
Instructions
Add ½ tbsp honey, ⅛ tsp cinnamon and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and mix well. Add the chopped apples and mix until the apple chunks are fully coated.
In a separate small bowl add the remaining ½ tbsp honey, ⅛ tsp cinnamon and butter, cassava flour, oats and salt. Mix until fully combined.
Add the oat mixture on top of the apples. Microwave for 2 minutes.
