Ingredients
  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey, divided
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon, divided
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp organic unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1½ tbsp cassava flour
  • 2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats
  • dash of salt
Instructions
  1. Add ½ tbsp honey, ⅛ tsp cinnamon and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and mix well. Add the chopped apples and mix until the apple chunks are fully coated.
  2. In a separate small bowl add the remaining ½ tbsp honey, ⅛ tsp cinnamon and butter, cassava flour, oats and salt. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Add the oat mixture on top of the apples. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
