I will also be bringing this Pumpkin Bread for dessert because it is seriously better than pie. - 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 eggs
- ⅔ cup organic raw honey
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bread pan, set aside.
- In a large bowl sift together almond flour, oat flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and salt. Then, add pumpkin puree, eggs, honey, almond butter and vanilla extract and mix until smooth with a hand mixer. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Add batter to the greased bread pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
- Enjoy warm!
